We recommend up to 12 passengers for extra space and comfort but we can accommodate 14 (contact us if you have a larger group)

Change of plans? No worries - Cancel for free within 48 hours of booking, if you cancel after 48 hours but at least 7 days before your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund. Non refundable after.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation are non refundable.

Full Contract Disclosures (Party Bus JH Terms & Conditions)

1. Liability Waiver
By entering and using the party bus, all passengers agree that PartyBusJH and its employees, including the driver, are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or incidents that may occur during the ride. Riders waive all rights to hold the business or staff responsible for any harm or accident.

2. No Underage Drinking
Alcohol is strictly prohibited for any passenger under the age of 21. Violation of this policy may result in the ride being terminated without refund.

3. No Smoking/Vaping
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the bus. Violation will result in immediate removal or termination of the ride with no refund.

4. Behavior Policy
Unruly, disrespectful, violent, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. The driver or staff reserve the right to stop the ride and remove passengers at any time if conduct is inappropriate or threatening. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

5. Legal Waiver
By booking or riding, you agree that you will not sue or pursue legal action against PartyBusJH, its owners, drivers, or employees for any reason related to events that occur before, during, or after the ride.

The terms and conditions outlined in this contract will apply to all free rides provided for marketing purposes, prize winners, or as a gift for special events, etc. By accepting a free ride, winning a prize, or receiving a gifted ride, you agree to abide by the same rules and disclaimers as those for any paid service, including liability waivers, behavior policies, and all other terms outlined in this contract.

We reserve the right to capture and share photo or video content from within or around the vehicle on our social media platforms, including any individuals who may appear in the content.
